Georges is a charted accountant with the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Georges is a graduate in Economics from the American University of Beirut and holds a Masters in Management with Audit Emphasis from Ceram Sophia Antipolis, France.

Georges has more than 9 years of International experience of which 2 years with PKF Paris and 6 years with Ernst & Young. His expertise ranges from Transaction Services (buy side/sell side due diligence) for financial and strategic investors as well as banks, business valuations, purchase price allocation , feasibility studies as well as external audit and forensic services.

Georges is an expert in the telecommunication, media, construction and insurance industries.
