Professional Experience

Emile holds Lebanese and French law degrees from Saint Joseph University, Lebanon. He also holds an accounting bachelor degree from Universite de Lyon, France. Moreover, he is a member and founder of the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Emile is the managing partner of PKF Chartouni. He has considerable experience in audit since he joined Russel & Co in 1963 in Lebanon. Subsequently in 1970, he joined Arthur Young & Co as an audit manager. Mr. Chartouni established his own practice in the early 80’s and became a member firm of the PKF International network in 1992. Emile has a large and diversified experience in legal and tax matters as he has collaborated on multiple and international financial advisory assignments.
